Let’s play a game called “Two Truths and a Lie.” Some of you may have played before. Over the next few weeks, we will post staff members sharing three statements about themselves. Two of the statements will be true and one will be false. It is your job to guess the false statement. Comment on our website or social media with your guesses. The answer will be posted soon.

Workout – Lower body!

• Pistol squats – 5 each side
• Lateral lunge – 10 each side
• Calf raises – 15 each side
• Jump squats – 20 total

2 minutes of Sit Ups – As many reps as you can!
