Important Dates to Remember

Saturday, November 22^nd, 2025

• 2025 Camp Reunion for all 2025 campers and staff

Thursday, January 15^th, 2026

• Register for baggage delivery to and from camp with R&B Baggage (preferred), Ship Camps, Fedex or UPS
• Order camp clothing from The Camp Spot, including a “Fit Kit” if needed
• Register with CampMeds. Click here to sign up
• Half of the current family tuition balance due

Wednesday, April 1^st, 2026

• Remaining camp tuition is due
• All forms (except medical forms that need to be completed by physician) should be completed in your CampMinder Forms Dashboard
• All clothing should be ordered through The Camp Spot to ensure delivery

Friday, May 15^th, 2026

• Deadline to register for baggage delivery to and from camp
• Finalize registration with CampMeds for your daughter’s summer medication needs. Registration after this date will incur a $105 late fee. All prescriptions need to be e-scribed by your doctor by May 20th or you will incur a late service charge.
• All medical forms completed by physician are due

Thursday, June 18^th, 2026

• First day to book phone call appointments (you can make your reservations in your CampMinder account)

Saturday, June 27^th, 2026

• Opening day

Friday, July 24^th, 2026

• Family visiting

Friday, August 14^th, 2026

• Campers depart
