Saturday, November 23^rd, 2024

• 2024 Camp Reunion for all 2024 campers and staff

Saturday, February 1^st, 2025

• Register with Ship Camps for baggage transportation to and from camp.
• Order camp clothing from The Camp Spot, including a “Fit Kit” if needed
• Register with CampMeds.

Tuesday, April 1^st, 2025

• Balance of camp tuition is due
• All forms (except medical forms that need to be completed by physician) should be completed in your CampMinder Forms Dashboard
• All clothing should be ordered through The Camp Spot to ensure delivery

Monday, April 14^th, 2025

• Deadline to register with Ship Camps for baggage transportation

Wednesday, May 14^th, 2025

• All medical forms completed by physician are due

Monday, May 19^th, 2025

• Finalize registration with CampMeds for your daughter’s summer medication needs. Registration after this date will incur a $100 late fee.

Tuesday, June 17^th, 2025

• First day to book phone call appointments (you can make your reservations in your CampMinder account)

Wednesday, June 25^th, 2025

• Opening day

Friday, July 18^th, 2025

• Family visiting

Tuesday, August 12^th, 2025

• Campers depart
