Here is a template for a 3 inch x 4 inch sticker. The sticker design can be done by hand or on the computer, whichever you prefer! Once your masterpiece is completed, please email it as a .jpeg or .ai file to office@pointopines.com.

Cardio – Jump Rope Tabata
Remember, tabata workouts are :20 seconds of work and :10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. We recommend grabbing a timer.
Get as many jump rope reps or “hits” in as possible each round of work! Count the total number of reps across the 8 rounds.
FITNESS CHALLENGE
One week BURPEE CHALLENGE!
On day one, do as many burpees as you can in 2 minutes. Do burpees everyday or every other day for the next week and try to increase your repetitions.

Watermelon & Arugula Salad (PDF)
For The Poppyseed Dressing
½ C White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ C Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt & ½ tsp Pepper
1 C Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Poppyseeds
1. Blend vinegar, sugar, salt & Pepper
2. Blend in olive oil
3. Stir in poppyseeds
For The Salad
1 5oz package Arugula
2 cups Watermelon
1 C Feta
¼ C Red Onion
1. Combine all ingredients & coat with dressing
Greek Salad
For The Dressing
½ C Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Salt & ½ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 C Olive Oil
1. Blend vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper & mustard
2. Blend in olive oil
For The Salad
1 Large Diced English Cucumber
2 C Cherry Tomato Halves
1 C Diced Feta
1 C Kalamata Olives
1 C Diced Red Onion
½ C Green Onions
1. Combine all ingredients and coat with dressing
