Warm-Up

For each exercise, go about 20 yards or for 20 seconds in place

• High knees 
• Butt kicks
• Carioca
• Walking lunge
• Reverse lunge

Work Out

3 Rounds, 10 Reps 

1. Glute bridge – 3×10
2. Dead bug – 3×10 (each side)
3. Butterfly sit-ups – 3×10
4. Jump squats – 3×10

FITNESS TEST OF THE DAY

5 Minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible) – Burpee, Plank Up, Reverse Crunch

How many rounds can you get through in 5 minutes?

• 5 Burpees
• 5 Plank ups (each side)
• 5 Reverse crunches

Workout 1:

2 Rounds

1. 10 Air squats
2. 10 jumping jacks
3. 10 Hand-release push-ups (chest to floor, lift hands off the ground, then push self backup) 
4. 10 Walking lunges each leg (20 total steps) 

2 Rounds

1. 10 Mountain Climbers (20 total taps) 2. 10 Sit-ups
2. 1 minute high plank
3. 1 minute low plank
