Workout 1:
2 Rounds
- 10 Air squats
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 Hand-release push-ups (chest to floor, lift hands off the ground, then push self backup)
- 10 Walking lunges each leg (20 total steps)
2 Rounds
- 10 Mountain Climbers (20 total taps) 2. 10 Sit-ups
- 1 minute high plank
- 1 minute low plank
