For each exercise, go about 20 yards or for 20 seconds in place
- High knees
- Butt kicks
- Carioca
- Walking lunge
- Reverse lunge
Work Out
3 Rounds, 10 Reps
- Glute bridge – 3×10
- Dead bug – 3×10 (each side)
- Butterfly sit-ups – 3×10
- Jump squats – 3×10
FITNESS TEST OF THE DAY
5 Minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible) – Burpee, Plank Up, Reverse Crunch
How many rounds can you get through in 5 minutes?
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Plank ups (each side)
- 5 Reverse crunches
