When doing stair drills, remember to always come down normal, facing forward!

- 10 Rounds – Lateral (Go up stairs leading with left foot, then next round go up leading with right. Should do 5 rounds leading with each foot)
- 10 Sit-ups
- 5 Rounds – Skip a step
- 10 Push-ups
- 5 Rounds – Bunny hop
- 10 Sit-ups
