Girls Sleepaway Camp in the Adirondack Mountains in Brant Lake, New York
And the 2011 winner voted by camper applause is … Justin Bieber of Bunk 14.

It has been a great beginning of camp! All the campers are now settled in their bunks and ready to have the best summer ever! So far the kids have had a blast in all the activities. Aunt Emma’s Auction as well as Counselor’s Hunt were amazing. Soon we will know our blue and white teams and then the real fun will begin!

While we have many campers who have learned to make choices to reduce the calories in their diet, we also have those that need extra calories to ensure that they have the energy to fuel a busy day at camp. We provide choices to appeal to the needs of all. In the evening, when we offer fresh baked cookies and milk, we also offer fresh fruit. In the afternoons, snacks always include an item such as fresh fruit, string mozzarella cheese, baby carrot packs or maybe a fruit ice.
The Junior As are doing wonderfully. They have all passed their deep water swim test, and are enjoying their new summer schedules. We just had Aunt Emma’s Auction. It was the girls’ favorite activity thus far. Stay tuned for more exciting news from the Junior As.
