- Lunge and open up – 10 each side
- Chest stretch – 20 seconds each
- Bird dogs – 10 each side
- Donkey kicks – 10 each side
Workout – Lower body!

- Pistol squats – 5 each side
- Lateral lunge – 10 each side
- Calf raises – 15 each side
- Jump squats – 20 total
