- 10 Reverse Mountain climbers
- 1m Plank
Round 2
- 10 Lateral jumps (each side)
- 10 Sit-outs
- 1m Side plank (right side)
Round 3
- 10 Single leg jumps (each side)
- 10 Shoulder taps (each side)
- 1m Side plank (left side)

One week sit-up challenge!
On day one, do as many sit- ups as you can in 2 minutes. Do sit-ups everyday or every other day for the next week and try to increase your repetitions.
