- 50 Situps
- 50 second Plank
- 50 Russian twists (each side is a rep)
- 50 Double crunches
- 50 Dead bugs (25 each side)
Part 2
100s
- 100 Pogo jumps
- 100 High knee step ups (50 each side)
- 100 Push press (use back pack)
FITNESS TEST OF THE DAY
How fast can you do 150 body weight squats, while also doing 5 push-ups on the minute?
Set your timer so it beeps every minute. Once it beeps, stop your squats and do 5 pushups, then continue.
