  • 10 Reverse Mountain climbers
  • 1m Plank

Round 2

  • 10 Lateral jumps (each side)
  • 10 Sit-outs
  • 1m Side plank (right side)

Round 3 

  • 10 Single leg jumps (each side)
  • 10 Shoulder taps (each side)
  • 1m Side plank (left side)

FITNESS CHALLENGE

One week sit-up challenge! 

On day one, do as many sit- ups as you can in 2 minutes. Do sit-ups everyday or every other day for the next week and try to increase your repetitions.
