  • Go for a 10-minute jog. 

Workout – Stairs, stairs, stairs! 

When doing stair drills, remember to always come down normal, facing forward! 

Go through this work out TWICE!

  • 5 Rounds – Hit every step
    • 10 Push ups
  • 10 Rounds – Lateral (Go up stairs leading with left foot, then next round go up leading with right. Should do 5 rounds leading with each foot) 
    • 10 Sit-ups
  • 5 Rounds – Skip a step
    • 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Rounds – Bunny hop
    • 10 Sit-ups
