3 Rounds, 10 Reps 

  1. Glute bridge – 3×10
  2. Dead bug – 3×10 (each side)
  3. Butterfly sit-ups – 3×10
  4. Jump squats – 3×10

FITNESS TEST OF THE DAY

5 Minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible) – Burpee, Plank Up, Reverse Crunch

How many rounds can you get through in 5 minutes?

  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Plank ups (each side)
  • 5 Reverse crunches
