Challah Bread Recipe (PDF)


• 2 Cups Warm Water
• 2 oz Yeast
• 3 ¼ Lbs. Bread Flour
• 4 oz Sugar
• 1 1/8 oz Salt
• 1 Cup (6 eggs) Whole Egg
• 1 Cup Vegetable Oil

This is for the amount in the video. For making the dough at home, you can use half this amount. If you make the full batch, you’ll have extra dough that you can freeze.
