In addition to our delicious menu items served family style at our camper tables, we provide many options for campers or for special diets. Campers can always create their own salads with fresh garden vegetables. Many of these veggies are locally grown (we support local farmers) or even grown in our own organic garden at camp. Campers can participate in our farm-to-table program and actually enjoy produce they helped grow.
Always available on the salad bar is grilled chicken breast, a favorite of our campers. Tuna salad and chicken salad are also always on the buffet. Fresh fruit, cottage cheese, yogurts, hummus, cole slaw, potato salad and pasta salad are also available. Campers preferring pasta can find it available but we encourage our campers to try the whole grain pastas imported from Italy which are delicious and better for you too. Our chef also prepares an alternate entree at each meal which is found on the buffet.
