At the Point, we select food to balance all of the needs of campers. While each camper may need a slightly different balance, our food is always appealing and delicious to eat, provides the energy needed to fuel an active life at camp and delivers the nutrients needed for healthy living. Camp is loaded with activity that burns more calories than a day at school, so a few more healthy carbs like fresh breads or whole grain pasta are a healthy part of our diet at camp. Through our “Stay Fit for Life” program we hope to guide every camper to balance what they eat with what they do at camp.
