Update on the garden today:

- 10 Squats
- Quad Stretch
- Plank to Downward Dog with a toe tap
- Plank with shoulder tap
- 10 Push ups
- Bear cub hold – 1 minute
- 10 Lateral step downs (each leg)
- 10 Curtsy lunges (each leg)
- 10 Reverse fly
- 10 Plank rows (each side)
- 5 Devil’s press
Cardio – Sit-ups Tabata
Remember, tabata workouts are :20 seconds of work and :10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. We recommend grabbing a timer.
Get as many sit-ups in as possible during each round of work! Count the total number of reps across the 8 rounds.
