Update on the garden today:

Warm up

  • 10 Squats
  • Quad Stretch
  • Plank to Downward Dog with a toe tap
  • Plank with shoulder tap
  • 10 Push ups
  • Bear cub hold – 1 minute


Part 1

3 Rounds:

  • 10 Lateral step downs (each leg)
  • 10 Curtsy lunges (each leg)

Part 2

3 Rounds:

  • 10 Reverse fly
  • 10 Plank rows (each side)

Part 3

4 Rounds:

  • 5 Devil’s press

Cardio – Sit-ups Tabata

Remember, tabata workouts are :20 seconds of work and :10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. We recommend grabbing a timer. 

Get as many sit-ups in as possible during each round of work! Count the total number of reps across the 8 rounds.
