Girls Sleepaway Camp in the Adirondack Mountains in Brant Lake, New York
We had an AMAZING weekend with the Seniors of 2011! Although the girls enjoyed winter activities at the Point including tubing at Gore Mountain and walking to Schultz’s Island on the ice, they were most excited about planning for the upcoming P.O.P. summer! It was great to spend time together with some of our summer family. We can’t wait until we are all back together on June 23rd!!

We are excitedly counting down the days until the Seniors of 2011 arrive at camp for their winter retreat on Saturday! We can’t wait to hear all the wonderful events that they have planned for the summer of 2012!!
Sherie and Jackie are on the road this week meeting with some of our great returning staff in Michigan and interviewing potential new staff for the summer of 2012! We have a lot of wonderful returning staff who will be joining us again for the upcoming summer – they are so excited to get back to their summer home!
Happy New Year from Camp!! Winter has finally arrived in the Adirondacks and we are excited to watch camp transform into a winter wonderland! The lake completely froze over this week – it should be nice and solid in a couple of weeks so the Seniors of 2011 can walk to Schultz’s Island during their retreat . For our current camp families, the January Mailing with information about how to complete important forms, organize uniform clothing, etc. will be arriving at your homes this week.
