News From The Point

We are excited to celebrate today the 50th wedding anniversary of Jim and Sue.  That is a lot of great years together.  We love you!

Today all our arriving campers made it safe and sound and were right away making new friends and having a great first day.  Many new campers joined their bunk mates for tours around camp, while the older campers were unpacking together and getting comfortable.  Everyone shared our delicious fried chicken and then headed down to the Rec Hall where our staff showed off all the many activities at camp.  Enjoy more photos of the day when you log in on our website.

The had a terrific visit from our Peakers of 2018.  Wow, that is fun to say!  The girls had a blast sledding, sliding and waking out on the ice.  The also spent some quality time making plans for a fantastic summer for all of our camp family.  They have so many great ideas.  Everyone promised to be back for a longer visit on June 23rd.

What a group!  We love it when we can be together.  So many smiles and hugs.  We enjoyed fun activities including Aunt Emma’s Auction, a fabulous summer video (thank you team video!), and autographed an outstanding yearbook (thanks, photo).  It was especially fun spending time to appreciate the mighty Peak of 2017.  We love you!
