Girls Sleepaway Camp in the Adirondack Mountains in Brant Lake, New York
Our very own Sub Area Head, Kelly Longwitz, has her beautiful artwork showing at The Little Gallery in Albany, NY. A number of the Point O’Pines crew were able to attend the opening reception – what an exciting event! Congrats to Kelly on her amazing work – we are all so proud of her!
The docks are now in and there are already about 30 staff at camp. Things are happening fast and we can’t wait for the buses to roll into camp in 23 days!
As the sun sparkles on the lake during this beautiful spring day, it feels like camp should be filled with our wonderful campers!! We can’t wait for the summer to begin – only 41 more days!!
We had an AMAZING weekend with the Seniors of 2011! Although the girls enjoyed winter activities at the Point including tubing at Gore Mountain and walking to Schultz’s Island on the ice, they were most excited about planning for the upcoming P.O.P. summer! It was great to spend time together with some of our summer family. We can’t wait until we are all back together on June 23rd!!

We are excitedly counting down the days until the Seniors of 2011 arrive at camp for their winter retreat on Saturday! We can’t wait to hear all the wonderful events that they have planned for the summer of 2012!!
