Eating right is about making healthy choices. Point O’Pines campers try new foods and learn more about what makes a healthy choice. The lessons learned at camp stick with campers for a lifetime. Frequently before meals in the dining room, we point out new items on our buffet that are healthy and delicious. We encourage camper to try things and give us feedback on how delicious they are. It is like a game but with important lifelong results. Ask your daughter about new healthy foods she learned to like at camp.

It’s Getting Started!
Today we started our waterfront training with our Red Cross life-guarding classes. Many of the counselors have just arrived, but some have been here for quite a few weeks already helping out. Every day now more and more of our staff are arriving. We are all so excited for camp just over two weeks away! How excited are you?
