Executive Chef
Chuck is Point O’Pines’ Executive Chef. Not only do we delight in Chuck’s creativity all summer, but we are able to share this creativity at Jimbo’s Club at the Point for both elaborate wedding banquets, charity receptions, and at the gourmet restaurant. Chuck is a multi-talented chef who flourishes when he finds opportunities to create and take on something new. Chuck lives at the Point O’Pines Farm and enjoys getting out on lakes for fishing, even through the ice.
