Family Camp Application - Point O'Pines, A Girls Summer Camp

We are excited to announce that, because of your requests, we will be offering two sessions of Family Camp at the Point fun this year! Session 1 campers will arrive on August 16, 2026 starting at 1pm and depart on August 23 at 10am. Session 2 campers will arrive on August 23 starting at 1pm and depart on August 27 at 10am.

Please complete this application and return the deposit. We will confirm enrollment and housing for the 2026 Family Camp at the Point as described below.

We allocate housing based on preferences, date of application, and a lottery. We do our best to confirm what each family would prefer based on the space available. We generally place families together, but please let us know more about your housing preferences or needs (note that requests entered here on the application are given preference over later requests):

To reserve a space at Family Camp, simply return this application form with a $500 per week deposit to be included in the reservation lottery.
Full payments for confirmed reservations must be made within 14 days of confirmation to hold your reservation.
Payments may be made with a credit card or by check payable to Point O’Pines Camp and mailed to Point O’Pines Camp, 7201 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815. For Credit Card payments please call our office at 518-494-3213.
Waterski, banana rides, horseback riding, linens, meals, cabins, and most other activities are included in the tuition.
An additional charge of $500 will be included for single occupancy rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your application prior to confirming your reservation you will receive a full refund less a $50 service charge.
If you cancel your reservation after confirmation at least 60 days prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a refund of camp fees less the deposit amount.
For cancellations received less than 60 days but more than one week prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a refund of the amount paid in excess of 50% of the total camp fees due. If the enrollment of an individual camper in your group is canceled within this period, you will receive a refund of the amount paid in excess of 50% of the recalculated total camp fees due.

Other Terms and Conditions

I confirm that I, all camp participants in my group, and all parents or legal guardians of minor participants have each agreed to the following:

Assumption of Risk: We agree that participation in Point O'Pines Camp ("Camp") activities comes with inherent risks. We have full knowledge and understanding of the inherent risks associated with Camp participation, including but in no way limited to slips, trips, and falls; aquatic injuries; athletic injuries; and illness, including exposure to and infection with viruses or bacteria, including the novel Coronavirus COVID-19 and any variants. We further acknowledge that the preceding list is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with Camp participation and that said list in no way limits the operation of this Agreement.
We hereby certify on behalf of ourselves and the minor participants that we have full knowledge of the nature and extent of the risks inherent in Camp participation and that we, on behalf of ourselves and the minor participants, are voluntarily assuming said risks. We understand that we and our minor participants will be solely responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury, property damage, or death, we sustain while participating in the Camp and that by signing this agreement we, on behalf of ourselves and the minor participants, HEREBY RELEASE the Camp, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives and insurers of all liability for such loss, damage, or death. We further certify that all participants are in good health and have no conditions or impairments which would preclude safe participation in the Camp.
Images, etc: We give permission for Camp to use in promoting the Camp and in other ventures relating to the Camp (i) digital, photographic, video and audio images, recordings or likenesses of me or my child; and (ii) statements, articles, music, art, photographs, audio recordings, films and videos created by us or originating from Camp or from a Camp-related activity. This material may be used on the Camp’s website, in brochures or elsewhere and become property of the Camp.
Belongings: We will not hold Camp responsible for our belongings or equipment while at Camp.
Gratuities: We will not pay gratuities to employees of the Camp.
