In Person Tutoring: We are able to offer in-person tutoring for campers at Point O’Pines.
We will arrange for a counselor who has skills in a particular subject to work with your daughter during rest periods. All instructions and materials for your daughter’s tutor should be sent with her to camp. Tutoring is charged at $45.00 per session, which is paid directly by you to the tutor. Tutoring will not begin until the second week of Camp and will end before the last week of camp.
Virtual Tutoring: If your daughter requires virtual (online/zoom) tutoring, we are able to accommodate this as well. Please send your daughter with a device, charger and headphones that can be used during tutoring sessions.
Virtual Therapy: If your daughter requires virtual (online/zoom) therapy calls throughout the summer, we are able to accommodate this as well. Please send your daughter with a device, charger and headphones that can be used during therapy sessions.
Homework: Please note that personal devices—including iPads, laptops, and similar electronics—may not be brought for completing school homework. If your daughter has summer homework assignments, they should be printed and brought with her, or sent to office@pointopines.com for us to print and distribute.
