  • Downward dog, reach back to opposite toe – 10 each side
  • Lunge and open up – 10 each side
  • Chest stretch – 20 seconds each 
  • Bird dogs – 10 each side
  • Donkey kicks – 10 each side

Workout – Lower body! 

3 Rounds

  • Pistol squats – 5 each side
  • Lateral lunge – 10 each side
  • Calf raises – 15 each side
  • Jump squats – 20 total 

FITNESS TEST OF THE DAY

2 minutes of Sit Ups – As many reps as you can!
