Visiting Schedule:
- Ti, Jr. A, Jr. B, & Inter A campers – Friday, July 20th
- Inter B, Sub, Senior & Peaker campers – Saturday, July 21st
- Families with one daughter may visit one day only.
- Families with two or more daughters may visit both days.
Visiting will start at 9:30 AM and end at 4:15 PM. You are invited for a lunch with your daughter that will be provided by Camp. If you will be bringing additional guests (grandparents, etc.), please notify us. If you find it impossible to visit Camp on either of these days, or need help in coordinating your visit with sons at Brant Lake Camp, please call the Directors to make special arrangements.
Parents of Seniors and Peakers only are invited to attend the Senior House dramatic performance on Saturday night, July 21st. Senior and Peaker parents must leave Camp promptly at 4:15 PM, and may return at 7:15 PM. At the conclusion of the show, parents of Senior Campers must immediately leave Camp. Parents of Peaker campers may take their daughter out of Camp and return her by midnight (waiver must be signed).
Visiting Day Policies:
- Parents may not take their daughter out of Camp
- Girls may not enter parking area (for safety reasons) at any time
- Tipping of any kind is not permitted
- No pets on Camp
- No bunk gifts
- Limit the amount of food and candy you bring to Camp for your daughter
- Leave promptly when visiting ends
Grandparent Visiting Day
Friday, July 27th from 9:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Grandparents are welcome to join their granddaughters for lunch.
Grandparents and other close relatives are welcome to join you on your regularly scheduled Visiting Day. These visits need to be approved by the Directors as we have a limit on how many extended family members we can accommodate on our visiting days.
We realize that some grandparents may not be able to join you on your daughter’s scheduled Visiting Day. If grandparents are unable to join you on your daughter’s scheduled Visiting Day, we welcome them to our “Grandparent Visiting Day” on Friday, July 27th.
To guarantee the security of our camp community and minimize disruption in the daily camp schedule, we are unable to arrange special visits for your daughter outside of our official visiting days.
If your daughter will have a grandparent visiting her during our organized Grandparent Visiting Day, please complete the “Grandparent Visiting Day Form” on your CampMinder Forms Dashboard no later than July 15th, 2012.
