• All clothing should be ordered

• All medical forms completed by physician are due
• Contact CampMeds to register all medication needs (late fees will apply after May 23rd).  All CampMeds information is located in your CampMinder Forms Dashboard.
• Register with Camp Trucking for baggage transportation to and from camp

Wednesday, June 13^th, 2012

• First day to book phone call appointments (you can make your reservations in your CampMinder account)

Saturday, June 23^rd, 2012

• Opening day

Friday, July 20^th, 2012

• Parent visiting for Ti, Jr. A, Jr. B, and Inter A campers

Saturday, July 21^st, 2012

• Parent visiting for Inter B, Sub, Senior, and Peaker campers

• Grandparent Visiting Day (9:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.)

Wednesday, August 1^st 2012

• Recent Alumnae Visiting Day for Peakers of 2009, 2010, and 2011

Wednesday, August 15^th, 2012

• Campers depart

Saturday, November 17^th, 2012
